Faculty of Law
Dean of the faculty is Sergey Victorovich Grischak, PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of State Law and Administration. The Faculty of Law of the National Mining University was established in 2001.
The faculty consists of 5 departments:
Training of specialists is conducted the following areas: Destination 6.030401 - Right Specialty 7.03040101 - Right (by industry) Specialisation: Commercial Law, Nature and resources law. Specialty 8.18010021 Pedagogy Higher Education Faculty of Law of the State institutions of higher learning, "National Mining University" since 1997, under license from MES, training specialists, who specializes in such important areas for the state law as ggornoe, geological, ecologically, land, gemological, nuclear, transport , Emulcifying right.
"NSU" is the only educational institution in Ukraine, which trains specialists and lawyers for businesses PEC - namely, coal, uranium, peat, coal processing and shaft construction industries. The work of these professionals offer more than 200 companies.
In the latter 10th anniversary of the legal promotion of scientific research has increased the fruitful cooperation with leading yuridichnimi faculties, academic, public, government agencies, including the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Visshy Council of Justice, Ministry of Justice, Gelsinsky foundation for human rights. In particular, every year "NMU" held the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Ecological and socio-legal and legal problems of development of the mining industry," and an international round table on "Actual problems of environmental law," which involved the rights recognized experts from Belarus, Russian Federation and Ukraine, which deals with the latest environmental law doctrine, topical issues of environmental responsibility, the legal aspects of environmental safety.
In the spring of 2009 the Faculty of Law "NMU" made a member of Association of the Eurasian law schools and lawyers.
Experts Faculty prepared materials for the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in preparation for consideration of cases on the use of the land of the continental shelf of the Black Sea for getting oil and gas resources.
Our staff faculty in their teaching methods and research activities are constantly working to research and address issues of implementation of state policy popovodu new regulation in the electricity, nuclear industry and oil and gas complexes. |
