System of automatic control of switching of powerful electric machines of a constant (SAC of switching)

ESSENCE OF THE PROJECT

SAC of switching allows to reduce essentially arcing under shields of collectors of powerful engines and generators of a constant current at which there are some defects of magnetic system. Thus loading ability and productivity of mechanisms raises.

RANGE OF APPLICATION

Development is intended for powerful electric drives with engines of a constant current: mine elevating installations, electric drives of mills, powerful generators of a constant current.

MAIN TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC INDICATORS

The external winding which current corrects the force of their magnetization settles down on additional poles. The transistor bridge converter regulates the current of an additional winding as a current of an anchor and speed of the engine.

Application of SAC of switching allows to raise considerably loading and productivity of the mechanism without danger of emergence of circular fire of the collector. It leads to reduction of expenses on technical maintenance of the electric drive
